Every NECKLOCK™ ships with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong because of how it was made — we fix it. No lengthy back-and-forth, no fine print designed to say no.
What's Covered
Anything that fails because of how the product was manufactured:
- Stitching that splits or unravels under normal use
- Foam that degrades prematurely
- Material failures or structural defects
- Anything that stops the product working the way it should
What's Not Covered
Normal wear from regular use, damage from accidents or misuse, and general ageing over time. If you're genuinely unsure whether something qualifies — just ask. We'd rather take a look than have you assume it's not covered.
How to Make a Claim
Email us at support@necklock.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business day. If it's a genuine product fault, we'll send a replacement — simple as that.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is on top of — not instead of — your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault you're entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of what any warranty says. We honour that fully, no questions asked.
