Warranty

WARRANTY

3 months. Every order. No asterisks.

Every NECKLOCK™ ships with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If something goes wrong because of how it was made — we fix it. No lengthy back-and-forth, no fine print designed to say no.

What's Covered

Anything that fails because of how the product was manufactured:

  • Stitching that splits or unravels under normal use
  • Foam that degrades prematurely
  • Material failures or structural defects
  • Anything that stops the product working the way it should

What's Not Covered

Normal wear from regular use, damage from accidents or misuse, and general ageing over time. If you're genuinely unsure whether something qualifies — just ask. We'd rather take a look than have you assume it's not covered.

How to Make a Claim

Email us at support@necklock.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business day. If it's a genuine product fault, we'll send a replacement — simple as that.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

This warranty is on top of — not instead of — your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault you're entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of what any warranty says. We honour that fully, no questions asked.

i've done more long-haul flights than I care to count. And for years, every single one ended the same way: stiff neck, bad mood, first day of the trip written off before it started.

I tried everything. u-shaped pillows, inflatable ones, the ones that clip to your bag and look ridiculous. None of them stayed put when I actually fell asleep. That's the problem nobody was solving.

NECKLOCK™ wraps around your neck and locks in place. Simple idea. Took ages to find. Now I sell it myself out of Adelaide so other Aussies don't have to keep landing wrecked.

I handle every order personally. If something's not right, you'll hear from me directly. not a chatbot, not a support ticket. Just me.

Return Policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

90 days. We keep it simple.

We want you to love NECKLOCK™. If something isn't right — whether it arrived damaged, isn't what you expected, or you just changed your mind — we'll work through it with you.

Your 90-Day Window

You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to get in touch about a return. This covers the NECKLOCK™ COMFORT and NECKLOCK BLACKOUT™.

Arrived Damaged or Faulty

If your order shows up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered — send us a photo at support@necklock.com.au. Once we've reviewed it, we'll send you a return address. Ship it back and we'll send your replacement straight away.

Changed Your Mind

Totally fine — no explanation needed. Return shipping is at your cost, and a handling fee of up to $15.95 applies once we receive it (less for unopened items). Just make sure it comes back in original condition with its packaging and we'll take care of the rest.

Want a Different Colour

Send the original back once your return is approved, then place a new order for the colour you want. It's the quickest way to get sorted.

How to Get Started

Just email us at support@necklock.com.au before sending anything back — we'll confirm everything and give you the right address. Anything sent back without approval first can't be accepted, so always reach out first.

What We Can't Accept Back

The NECKLOCK BLACKOUT™ eye mask can't be returned once it's been opened — for hygiene reasons, that one has to stay sealed. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Your Refund

Once your return arrives we'll check it over and let you know the outcome. If it's approved, your refund goes straight back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your

These terms apply to all purchases made through necklock.com.au. By placing an order, you agree to them.

The Business

NECKLOCK is an Australian-owned small business operating from Adelaide, South Australia. All orders are processed and fulfilled from Australia.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. The price displayed at checkout is the final price — no hidden fees, no surprises.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.

Orders & Shipping

Orders placed before 2pm ACST on business days are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Standard delivery is 3–7 business days anywhere in Australia. Express shipping is available at checkout. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or courier services once the order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we'll investigate.

Returns & Refunds

Our full return policy applies for 90 days from the date of purchase. In summary:

  • Faulty or damaged items are returned at our cost with a prepaid label
  • Change of mind and colour swaps are accepted — return shipping is at the customer's cost
  • Refunds are processed within 1 business day of receiving the returned item

Warranty

Every NECKLOCK™ product comes with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Full details are in our Warranty policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Our policies sit alongside — not in place of — your rights under the Australian Consumer Guarantee. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian law. We honour this without argument.

Privacy

We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order — name, email, shipping address, and phone number. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your email may be used to send you order updates and, if you opt in, occasional product news. You can unsubscribe at any time. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

Intellectual Property

All content on necklock.com.au — including text, images, branding, and design — is owned by NECKLOCK™ and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Shipping & Fulfilment

We're a small Aussie business and demand has been keeping us busy. To get your order to you as fast as possible, some items may be shipped directly from our overseas fulfilment partner rather than our local warehouse. Either way, your order is tracked, insured, and handled with the same care — it just means it might arrive in different packaging than expected.

If you have any questions about where your order is coming from or how long it'll take, just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NECKLOCK™'s liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
